Adverts... Are they Pay Per Click?

Please can you tell me what 'sort' of adverts are on our webistes? Are they Pay Per Click, or Pay Per Something else?

I am clicking on some hoping that their bill is higher???
And I guess that Nabble will get more???

great part of them are google adsense, so the pay-per-click is under it's policy. The other ads are ours.
