Can admin upload user profile picture?

One of my users had problem uploading profile picture.
Can admin have privileges to upload picture in such cases?

You could login with his account asking his password and email. What happens when he tries to upload an profile picture?

Hi Pedro,

Thanks for replying.Apparently user was not able to upload.
I told her to clear the cache and refresh the browser.
So no issues after that.
