How to export database in sql

Hello. I am building a CMS for my website and the database is in sql.

How can I get users database and / or forum database in sql format from my current nabble site?

please guide me. I atleast need users data.

It is not possible to export to sql. You can get your posts in xml format looking at your rss feed.
